The team members at Heritage of Sandy Plains are trained to meet residents needs whether it is in assisted living or a more in-depth and specialized training for our memory care community. We provide an opportunity for continuing education and training online, as well as small group in-service and one-on-one training, meeting as well as having opportunities to exceed Georgia’s training requirements.

Do you offer 24-hour nursing?

Heritage of Sandy Plains has dedicated and trained team members in community 24/7, utilizing certified nursing assistants and wellness associates. While our wellness director is a licensed nurse and is providing support for our resident both on-site and on-call, the community does not have a medical level of supervision that a nursing home requires.

Heritage of Sandy Plains has a wide variety of living options with a range of monthly service fees to fit your budget. Whether you choose a semi-private assisted living apartment starting at $1,995, or our all-inclusive private memory care apartment starting at $5,000, we can help you find the right fit.
