Heritage of Sandy Plains is an assisted living and memory care community, with 60 apartments, located in the heart of East Cobb’s neighborhoods in Marietta, GA. Residents enjoy our meticulously landscaped campus that features walking paths, an abundance of trees and a courtyard garden for relaxing, reading, birdwatching or visiting with friends and family on a beautiful Georgia day.

What training to Heritage of Sandy Plains team members receive?
The team members at Heritage of Sandy Plains are trained to meet residents needs whether it is in assisted living or a more in-depth and specialized training for our memory care community. We provide an opportunity for continuing education and training online, as well as small group in-service and one-on-one training, meeting as well as having opportunities to exceed Georgia’s training requirements.
Do you offer 24-hour nursing?
Heritage of Sandy Plains has dedicated and trained team members in community 24/7, utilizing certified nursing assistants and wellness associates. While our wellness director is a licensed nurse and is providing support for our resident both on-site and on-call, the community does not have a medical level of supervision that a nursing home requires.
